We will over communicate with you, so whether that be a Thank you card, Birthday card, Christmas card, calling to talk to you about your claim, or giving you a courtesy call about your missed payment. We want to be there when our customers child buys their first car, we want to be there if that child ends up hitting a deer, we want to be there when that same child grows up and gets married. Life is unexpected, fast, and so much fun. No matter what life throws our customers way, we want to be the ones they trust to make sure that their family is protected. We want to do insurance right, and do what other insurance companies wont do. We will have needs based conversations to make sure that our customers are properly protected. Our customers have worked hard their entire life, we want to make sure when a claim happens, we are there to protect them.

We will be your good neighbor; We are located between Five Lakes Coffee and the Kendallville BMV. We will be partnering with local non profits to volunteer our time, money, and resources to make Kendallville Indiana an even better place to live!

Our team loves to have fun and help customers in more ways than one! We will go over a beyond to help you every time. Service is our main priority and always will be. If you every need anything please reach out to Jake, Britney, Kaydi or Rhonda!

We have an entire team dedicated to serving our customers; Britney Parmer and Rhonda Lange make up our Customer Care team and they are excellent at Remarkable customer service! Whether it be a change to a vehicle, adding our Drive Safe and Save Discount to your Auto Insurance, or going over your Homeowners Insurance policies. They will be the Go-To!

Our Customer Acquisition team is consistent of Jake from State Farm and Kaydi Shepherd! They are in charge of making sure that customers needs for Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health Insurance are taken care of. They are excellent at having needs based conversations and offering products based on your needs!
